So either he has left the company or Nordictrack is disabling email accounts because of all the issues. Also sent an email to my salesman at Nordictrack and his email has been disabled. They have given up on promises, they are in hope mode. Nordictrack on Facebook sent me a message regarding a small compensation for waiting and they "hope" I will be contacted for delivery. Been a week since email was sent with all information including timeframes and contact info. Update 12/28: Still no contact from Nordictrack or Allegro. I have been an iFit subscriber for 3+ years and this is the type of service (or lack of service) you receive. Doesn't matter how many hoops you jump through this company is not concerned. Purchased no contact by Nordictrack or Allegro as of Dec 24th, 2021. I have yet to be contacted by Nordictrack. Update Christmas Eve: I sent an email to NT with case number on Tuesday the 21st. Allegro has the be the worst delivery company ever and Nordictrack doesn't care. You sit on hold waiting to speak to anyone for over an hour and finally have to give up because life isn't about sitting on hold. No matter who you speak to you get the standard someone will contact you in 1-3 business days. Trucking company has had the product since Nov 5th. IFit, Nordictrack, ICON health, Proform call it what you want they don't care for their customers.
